Building safe homes and pathways from crisis to purpose.
REACH works with legislators, researchers, and public-health leaders to build evidence-based policy that saves lives. Data and compassion together shape a smarter, stronger approach to recovery — in Tennessee and nationwide.
The Way Recovery Homes
The Way is a faith-driven housing program operated under REACH that provides safe, structured homes for men and women in recovery. Each house fosters discipline, daily devotion, and community. Residents participate in the Purpose-Driven Work Program — learning life skills, job training, and servant leadership through real employment opportunities.
By combining short-term respite beds with workforce development and case management, REACH ensures that recovery extends beyond treatment into independence and purpose.
REACH partners with municipalities, churches, and nonprofits to replicate this model across Tennessee and beyond. Each home serves as a local hub for healing — connecting residents to recovery services and vocational opportunities.
